Mark Dugger

Mark Dugger currently serves as the Head National Call Center at Cellular Sales, a role held since July 2010, where responsibilities include customer retention, lead generation, and account audits for one of the nation's largest Verizon Wireless retailers. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Market Development Manager at CMH Manufacturing Karsten Division from January 2007 to July 2010, focusing on account development, maintenance, and product development. Mark Dugger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
