Megan Ramsey

Megan Ramsey has a strong background in operations and management. Megan began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Avants Management Group, Inc., where they oversaw daily operations and led recruitment efforts. Megan then transitioned to the role of NC Organizations' Training Manager, where they developed and implemented a training program for franchisee locations. Megan currently works as an Operations Lead at Cellular Sales, where they focus on improving internal communication practices and identifying and implementing solutions to meet market needs.

Megan Ramsey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. Megan also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a think-cell Certified Professional from think-cell Software in July 2023.
