Gal Shenhav

Gal Shenhav is the VP of R&D at Cellwize. Prior to joining Cellwize, Gal served as the Head of Engineering at Samsung NEXT from February 2019 to July 2020. In this role, Gal was responsible for leading the two engineering groups part of Samsung NEXT: Missinglink and dis.co. Missinglink developed a tool for data Scientist, to manage and run experiments of deep-learning model training. Dis.co developed a distributed computing platform that enables to run jobs in a parallel on any device, in the clouds or on-premise. As head of engineering, Gal also built the R&D engineering group, grew the team from 6 engineers to 25, and restructured the R&D group into squads. Prior to Samsung NEXT, Gal served as the VP of R&D at Eco Net Ltd from December 2016 to February 2019.
