Craig Bolton

Craig Bolton is General Counsel at Celmatix, where he brings over a decade of experience guiding both emerging and established biotech companies through complex commercial, intellectual property, and other business disputes. Prior to joining Celmatix, Mr. Bolton was a partner at two nationally recognized law firms and an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mr. Bolton graduated from New York University School of Law and was a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Martini of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
