Trunshedda W. Ramos

Trunshedda W. Ramos is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Celsius. Trunshedda has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

Trunshedda began their career as a Marketing Manager at SmartSynch, Inc. In 2007, they transitioned to Georgia-Pacific LLC as their Corporate HR Manager/Employee Relations/Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic management of the HR function with a focus on employee engagement and employee relations.

In 2015, Trunshedda joined First Data Corporation as their Director of Employee Relations. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic leadership of the Employee and Labor Relations team globally.

In October 2015, Trunshedda joined Marriott International as their Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic management of the HR function with a focus on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

In January 2017, Trunshedda joined NCR Corporation as their Executive Director of HR. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic leadership of the HRBP teams providing support across all functions and businesses.

Trunshedda has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.

Trunshedda W. Ramos has a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Belhaven University.
