Andrea Darweesh

Andrea Darweesh serves as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Kaleris since April 2024, contributing to a pioneering global logistics platform. Prior experience includes ownership and leadership positions at HR Re-Imagined, LLC, where Andrea consulted for over 25 global organizations, and as the Executive Vice President and CHRO at Americold Logistics, overseeing human capital strategy during a significant transition. Previous roles include CHRO at The Weather Channel and Chief Human Resources Officer positions at multiple organizations, including Nordstrom, Equifax, and Global Talent & Leadership Consulting, where Andrea specialized in talent management and leadership development. Andrea holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Texas Tech University.
