Nick Bentley has had an extensive career in the field of marketing and commercial management. Nick started their journey at Bacardi in 2008 as a Category Development Lead and later joined PZ Cussons as a Trade & Customer Marketing Controller in 2010.
Afterward, Bentley moved to John West Foods in 2011, where they served as the Head of Shopper Marketing. In 2013, they joined AG Barr and held various positions, including Commercial Controller, Head of Category, Shopper & Trade Marketing, Head of Customer Marketing & Innovation Delivery, Category & Shopper Insights Director, and Brand Director - Portfolio & Innovation.
In 2021, Bentley joined Princes Limited as the Commercial Director, where they led the group strategy for Shopper Marketing, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce. Nick also played a pivotal role in implementing change management and transitioning the business to a centralised approach.
In 2023, Bentley joined Iceland Foods as a Category Trading Manager and later moved to CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. in 2024, where they currently serve as the Commercial Director.
