Zachary Lessman

Zachary Lessman, CIA, has a diverse work experience in the accounting and audit field. Zachary is currently working as a Senior Director of Accounting and Corporate SOX at CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Director of Internal Audit and Director of Accounting and Corporate SOX at the same company. Before joining CELSIUS Holdings, Inc., they worked at ADT as a Senior Analyst of SEC Reporting, Internal Audit Supervisor, and Senior Internal Auditor. Zachary also gained experience as a Senior Auditor at MBAF and an Experienced Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP.

Zachary Lessman, CIA, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Villanova University and obtained an Accountancy and Information Systems Certificate, specializing in Accounting. Additionally, Zachary obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2021.
