Claudia Vergara

Claudia Vergara is the People Development Manager at Irani. Claudia has over three years of experience in human resources and organizational development.

Previously, they worked as the HR Manager at Grupo Apisul, where they were responsible for defining and implementing policies for the companies in the group, coordinating the areas of Organizational Development, Endomarketing and Adm. de Pessoal. Claudia was also a member of the Tactical Committee of the Radar Program - Management by Guidelines with the Falconi Gente consultancy, responsible for the communication and training plan for the implementation of objectives and targets for the Grupo Apisul Group.

In addition, they developed Drop's Management - management workshops, commercial strategy and leadership for the Board, managers and commercial area. Claudia also developed and coordinated PDLA - Apisul Development Program - aimed at managerial, tactical and operational managers.
