Genita Motichande

Genita Motichande, an Associate member of the CIPD, currently serves as a People Management and Development Advisor at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) since July 2022. Previous roles include Recruitment Improvement Manager at NHS England and Improvement, Project Manager at NHS England, and People and Resource Officer at NHS Improvement, where responsibilities encompassed conducting pulse surveys and reporting for senior management. Early career experiences include HR Assistant positions at North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS North West London Commissioning Support Unit, along with internships at First Group and experience as a student ambassador at the University of Reading. Genita holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Reading.
