Ariel Morelli

Ariel Morelli has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. They began their career as a Junior Software Developer, working on the finalization and improvement of a product feed management software. They were responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs, and creating unit tests. They then moved on to the role of Technology Coordinator at Raccoon Marketing Digital. As a coordinator, they managed a team of full-stack developers and focused on improving the organization and quality of delivered products. After that, Ariel took on the position of Technology Manager at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for complex projects, automation of operations, and specific projects for external clients. They made strategic decisions aligned with the company's plans and provided support to key individuals. Ariel also worked as a Freelancer at Toptal before joining Celus as a Software Developer in 2021.

Ariel Morelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Ariel has obtained several certifications including the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, the CertiProf Continuous Learner certification from CertiProf in August 2020, and the Certificate Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2018.
