Laura Choojai-Ratcliffe

Laura Choojai-Ratcliffe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as an HR Manager at CELUS, a start-up in Munich that specializes in online software solutions for development teams. In this role, Laura was responsible for managing human resources operations and supporting the development team. Prior to that, they served as a Junior HR Manager at the same company.

Before joining CELUS, Laura worked as a Schulbegleiter (Special Needs Assistant) at MyHomeCare/MySchoolCare. In this role, they provided support and assistance to students with special needs. Prior to that, they worked as a Foreign Language Instructor (business and technical) at educom for three years.

Laura also has experience in private tutoring where they taught English, German, and Mathematics. Laura worked as a teacher in this capacity for a period of 14 years. In addition, they served as a Special Needs Assistant at Highfields Primary School and a Teacher (English, Mathematics, Music) at BIS Krabi.

Early in their career, Laura worked as a Foreign Language Teacher (English, German) at Rongrien Satri Nakhon Sawan. Throughout their various roles, Laura has demonstrated their strong interpersonal and teaching skills, as well as their ability to adapt to different environments.

Laura Choojai-Ratcliffe pursued their education at The Open University from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business Management. During their time at The Open University, their field of study was focused on Business Management.

In addition to their degree, Laura Choojai-Ratcliffe also obtained certifications in the following areas:

- In June 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (PSM I) from Scrum.org.

- In June 2010, they received a CELTA certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
