Geetha Ramakrishnan

Geetha Ramakrishnan has been working in the IT industry since 2001. Geetha started their career as a Techno-functional consultant at Allion, where they created their first website with a shopping cart in asp.net for a Tile company and learnt about SQL and product catalog. In 2003, they joined CEM Business Solutions as the Founder and COO. In this role, they worked on Enterprise business applications including AX 2012, D365 FInance and Operations, Power Apps, D365 Human Resources. The modules they worked on included Supply chain, Project operations, Project accounting, HR and Payroll. Geetha also had expertise in articulating the legal entity structure and financial dimensions structure. Additionally, they also served as a Solution Architect and Program Manager at CEM Business Solutions. Her core expertise lied in managing various ERP projects, team management, resource scheduling and project delivery on budget and schedule. Geetha was also responsible for assigning tasks to their team on a weekly and daily basis to get the tasks done and delivered to the customer's satisfaction. Geetha also took over HR and team building as one of their tasks.

Geetha Ramakrishnan obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2002 and 2005. Geetha also obtained their Master of Science - MS in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. In 2011, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. Geetha also has a certification in AX 2012 Trade and Logostics from Microsoft.
