Alain Moroni

Alain Moroni currently serves as the Head Strategy and M&A at Cembra Money Bank AG since May 2020. Prior to this role, Alain worked as a Corporate Finance / M&A Advisor (Director) at Alantra from November 2014 to April 2020. Before joining Alantra, Alain was a Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager at Helvetia Versicherungen from November 2010 to October 2014 and a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from July 2007 to October 2010. Alain holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Zurich, completed in 2006.
