Guillermo Oxangoiti

Guillermo Oxangoiti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and M&A, currently serving as the Head of Business Strategy and M&A at TUI since July 2018. In this role, Guillermo drives strategic plan formulation and execution, coordinates M&A activities, and leads market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts. Previously, Guillermo held senior positions at Hotelbeds Group, Pullmantur, Ambers&Co, BBVA, and Caja Madrid, building expertise in strategic planning, acquisition pipelines, and market assessments across various sectors. Guillermo holds a Master's in Finance from IE Business School and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.
