Cesar Zapata - M.s.

Cesar Zapata has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with their time as a Family Specialist Social Worker at EMQ Social Services. Cesar then transitioned to the U.S. Army, where they served in different roles, including Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. After their military service, they joined Bridgestone, where they held several positions such as Territory Sales Manager and Talent Management HRBP for North & Latin Americas. Cesar also worked at Bridgestone Japan as a Senior Manager in Global Human Resources. Most recently, Cesar served as the Head of HR for Textile LLC at Bridgestone Americas before taking on the role of VP of Human Resources at Cementir Holding N.V.

Cesar Zapata holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University (1998-2001) and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Gavilan College (1994-1996). Cesar completed their Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay (2009-2011) and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University (2011-2013). Additionally, they completed the Fire Fighter Academy program at Mission College with a focus on Fire Science/Fire-fighting.
