Volker Noell

Volker Noell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance management and financial leadership. Currently serving as Director Performance Management at CEMEX Deutschland AG since February 2011, Volker Noell has led various SAP and back-office projects, including e-invoicing and the implementation of payroll systems. Previous roles include Kaufmännischer Leiter at thomas beteiligungen GmbH and Prokurist sowie kaufmännischer Leiter at CEMEX Deutschland AG, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting and overseeing significant teams. Volker Noell began the career as a controller at anders Metallbau and NECKERMANN AG, and also contributed to education as a lecturer in business administration. Volker Noell earned a Master’s degree in Production Supply Chain from The University of Göttingen.
