Makayla Griffin

Makayla Griffin, JM, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement at Lakeview Health since October 2023. Previously, Makayla held the position of Risk Manager and Compliance Coordinator at Baptist Health from November 2021 to September 2023 and served as Risk Management Coordinator II during that time. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Improvement Specialist and Patient Intake Coordinator at UF Health Proton Therapy Institute from June 2018 to November 2021. Makayla holds a Juris Master in Health Care Regulation from Florida State University, awarded in 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Florida, completed in 2020. Additionally, Makayla earned a High School Diploma from Paxon School/Advanced Studies in 2016.
