Marvin Cruz is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a history of leadership roles in talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving as Recruitment Head and HR Business Partner at CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. since September 2019, Marvin has previously held significant positions at Acquire BPO and Vertiv, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple Asian countries. Marvin's extensive background also includes senior roles at IBM Global Process Services, AIG BPSI, SVI Connect, where skills in performance management, team development, and logistics for recruitment were demonstrated.
