Dafina M.

Dafina M. is an experienced engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering and continuous improvement processes. Currently serving as a Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer and Laboratory Chemist at CEMEX UK since May 2018, Dafina M. specializes in testing cement, raw materials, and alternative fuels while managing the Robo-lab. Previous experience includes a role as a Chemical Engineer at a Planning & Environmental Consulting Company, where water, soil, air, and noise monitoring were conducted alongside report preparation according to environmental permits. Dafina M. also played key roles in setting up laboratories and introducing classical methodologies at various chromium processing plants and managed laboratory operations at a copper flotation plant. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Higher Education in Industrial Chemistry from the Faculty of Natural Science in Tirane, Albania.
