Laura McPhillips

Laura McPhillips has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at CEMEX UK since September 2018. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of HR Business Partner at Kier Group from November 2015 to August 2018 and gained significant expertise at Balfour Beatty Rail from March 2007 to October 2015, where roles included HR Business Partner, TUPE Project Manager, and Senior Regional HR Advisor. Laura began their career as an HR Manager at Ashfield Healthcare from December 2002 to February 2007. Academically, Laura McPhillips earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and is a MCIPD holder from the University of Derby, where a BA Honours degree in Business Administration was also obtained.
