Alejandra Huerta Gutierrez

Alejandra Huerta Gutierrez serves as the Manager of Corporate Legal Compliance at CEMEX, coordinating the company's global compliance program and overseeing legal counsel for corporate finance, trading, investor relations, and corporate communications. With extensive experience in corporate law, Alejandra has held various roles at CEMEX since 2012, including Legal Counsel and legal support as an intern. Additionally, Alejandra has contributed to international finance projects at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and served as a professor of Public International Law at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey.
