Arturo Manrique

Arturo Manrique has extensive experience in operations management within the cement industry, currently serving as the Director Regional de Operaciones at CEMEX México since January 2020. Previously, Arturo held various leadership roles at Cemex, including Vicepresidente de Operaciones y Técnica for the AMEA region and Regional Manager for multiple regions with significant cement production capacities. Their progression through the company began in entry-level operations, culminating in directorships at several plants including Monterrey, Torreón, Hidalgo, Atotonilco, and others, overseeing a combined capacity of millions of tons of cement. Arturo holds a degree in Process, Financial, and Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
