Guillermo Quintanilla Reynosa is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in corporate treasury, operational risk management, and human resources. Since January 2009, Guillermo has served as the Long Term Incentives & International Mobility Manager at CEMEX, focusing on managing equity programs for top executives. Prior to this role, Guillermo worked as an Operational Risk Analyst at BanRegio from April 2007 to December 2008. Guillermo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EGADE Business School, completed in 2016, and a Licentiate degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2007.
