Idajet Bicaku

Idajet Bicaku is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering and process management. At CEMEX, serving as Quality Manager and Process Engineer since September 2017, Idajet has developed expertise in lithium-ion cell and battery manufacturing, testing, data analysis, and research planning. Prior to this role, Idajet worked at MaxPower Inc. as a Chemical Engineer from March 2011 to August 2017, specializing in slurry preparation and coating processes from small to production scales. Earlier experience includes a position as Process Engineer at Fushe-Kruje Cement Factory from June 2006 to May 2010, where responsibilities included safety management and production line operations for cement, coal, and raw milling. Idajet holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Natural Faculty of Science, Tirana University, Albania, awarded in 2007.
