James Carling is an experienced professional in the field of development and environmental management, currently serving as Development Manager and previously as Estates Manager at CEMEX since September 2018. Before this, James worked as an Estates Surveyor at FCC Environment, where responsibilities included obtaining and managing environmental permits, as well as supporting planning processes. Prior to FCC, James held roles at RecyCoal Limited, first as Development Manager and then as Assistant Development Manager, focusing on the management and development of mineral projects in the UK.
