Jeremy Johnson has over two decades of experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Innovation Manager and IT Operations Regional Coordinator at CEMEX since January 2000. In this role, Jeremy manages IT operations across the Southwest United States, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction scores and overseeing system updates and integrations.
