Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson has over two decades of experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Innovation Manager and IT Operations Regional Coordinator at CEMEX since January 2000. In this role, Jeremy manages IT operations across the Southwest United States, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction scores and overseeing system updates and integrations. Prior to this, Jeremy held positions as an IT Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at CEMEX, and worked as a call center support technician for MCI Corporation. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Mesa Community College.
