Susie Mejia, SPHR, CCP, CBP, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Cemex since August 1998. Currently serving as Vice President of Compensation & Benefits, Professional Development, and Talent Acquisition, Susie oversees compensation strategies, immigration compliance, and HRIS operations while managing a budget of approximately $3 million and multiple vendor relationships. Previous roles include Director of Compensation & HRIS, where responsibilities included salary band development and executive compensation administration, and Manager of Compensation, HRIS & Payroll, focusing on compliance and vendor management.
