Lauren Geeb

Lauren Geeb, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren is currently working at CenCal Health as the Director of Quality, where they oversee various teams responsible for quality measurement, quality improvement, and clinical practice management. Prior to this role, they served as the Quality Manager, providing direct oversight and leading initiatives to improve clinical quality for CenCal Health's membership. Lauren also served as the Quality Measurement Supervisor and Senior Quality Measurement Specialist, where they successfully completed HEDIS audit activities and implemented best practices in project planning. In their earlier roles, Lauren coordinated HEDIS projects, developed provider performance reports, and assisted with compliance audits and surveys. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant at Q Mark, Inc. and The Medical Review Group, LLC, providing quality management and accreditation-based services, as well as disease management and HEDIS training.

Lauren Geeb, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University Channel Islands in 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California in 2004. Lauren also holds additional certifications from Lynda.com in Coaching and Developing Employees, Delegating Tasks to Your Team, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Management Fundamentals, all obtained in August 2016.
