David Trimble

David Trimble has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Delivery at Cencora since 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Managing Director of Customer Experience Practice at Duggan Resources, LLC, where they designed and implemented customer experience management approaches and sales programs for clients.

Before that, from 2014 to 2016, David worked as the Head of Member Experience and Marketing at Defense Mobile Corporation, where they developed and managed the company's member experience strategy, marketing operations, and loyalty programs. David also led the sourcing and management of a veteran-staffed member care operation.

From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Customer Operations at American Express. In this role, they were responsible for customer engagement and the development of targeted campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.

Earlier in their career, David held various leadership positions at Virgin Mobile USA from 2002 to 2012. As the Vice President of the Virgin Mobile Business Line, they led strategic planning and market execution for multiple brands and achieved revenue growth. David also led the development and implementation of the company's customer base management strategy.

David Trimble began their career at AT&T in 1998, where they worked as a Product Manager for the PrePaid Calling Card business. During their tenure, they played a key role in growing the pre-paid business from $50 million to over $800 million in annual revenue.

David Trimble has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. David attended Holmdel HS for an unspecified period but did not obtain a degree. Trimble later pursued an MBA in Quantitative Analytics and Marketing at Penn State University.
