Hayley Roeschlein

Hayley Roeschlein, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations II at AmerisourceBergen since June 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at MWI Animal Health from March 2019 to June 2022 and various positions at FULLBEAUTY Brands, such as Operations Manager, Manager of Quality and Vendor Relations, and Operations Supervisor from June 2016 to March 2019. Education includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana (2021-2022) and a Bachelor’s Degree in German Studies and Chemistry from Hanover College (2012-2016). Additionally, during a corporate and foundation development internship at College Mentors for Kids, Inc. in 2015, Roeschlein was responsible for composing grant reports and updating promotional materials.
