Kramer Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they started their career at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Correspondent, eventually transitioning to a Senior Policy Advisor role. In 2014, they co-founded and served as the CEO of CellSpring, a startup recognized as one of the top 50 most investable startups in Switzerland.

Schmidt then moved on to Ascension in 2017, where they took on various leadership positions, including Market Director of Population Health and Senior Director of Product. Kramer led Ascension's enterprise internal consulting team for Population Health strategy and execution, partnering with health system executives nationwide to improve care quality and reduce costs. Schmidt also served as a Senior Director of Portfolio Management, overseeing the management of Ascension's product portfolio.

Most recently, in 2022, Schmidt joined Cencora as the Vice President of Global Products & Solutions.
