Rauna Kolehmainen

Rauna Kolehmainen is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Cencorp Automation Oy since November 2017, Rauna previously held multiple leadership roles at Uponor Group, including Vice President of Compensations, Benefits and HR Systems, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, Rauna was the HRM Manager at Metso Automation and worked as an Executive Secretary in Human Resources at MacGregor Group. Rauna Kolehmainen holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT and Mathematics from Åbo Akademi University and has furthered education at the School of Management and Johtamistaidon opisto.
