Allard Jan Alfrink has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Allard Jan is currently the Senior Director of Business Development - EMEA at Cendyn, where they focus on digital transformation and helps hoteliers find innovative solutions to drive profitability and guest loyalty. Allard Jan is also a Board Member for Customers & Distribution at HSMAI Region Europe. Previously, they worked as a Regional Director of Sales - Europe at Sabre Corporation and as the Head of Sales at Navarino Services Ltd, where they successfully expanded the international sales team and positioned the company as a premium tech provider. Allard Jan Alfrink has also held positions such as Freelance Consultant at GLG and Director of Sales & Marketing at Radisson Blu Park Lane hotel.

Allard Jan Alfrink completed their education at Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Global MBA with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce. This educational endeavor took place from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management, which spanned from 1992 to 1998.
