James Stith

James Stith is a business professional who currently serves as a partner at AEA Growth and as a co-founder and partner at ROCA Partners. They also serve as chairman of the board at cenegenics and hold board roles at AS Software, The Lifetime Value Co., EZ Texting, and American Oncology Network, among other governance positions. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers (2006-2008), as Senior Director, M&A at IAC (2014-2016), and as a Private Equity Associate at Ares Management (2008-2011). They earned a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania (2002-2006) and studied at Comillas Pontifical University (2004) and Park City High School (1998-2002).
