Rudy Inaba has held a variety of roles in the health and wellness field since 2003. From 2003 to 2009, Rudy worked as an independent Strength & Conditioning Coach, evaluating and assessing clients' fitness conditions and developing exercise prescriptions to fit individual needs and goals. In 2009, Rudy joined Cenegenics as the Vice President of Performance Health. In this role, Rudy was responsible for the development of custom clinical & sports performance products, hosted online educational series as part of global outreach efforts, and assisted clinical physician leadership with quality assurance programs. Rudy also directed and managed a team of more than 20 nutrition and exercise consultants at national & international locations. In 2011, Rudy joined the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation (AMMEF) as a Nutrition & Exercise Fellowship Instructor. In this role, Rudy educated training physicians in nutrition, clinical exercise testing and exercise prescription, and spoke to current research findings at the Age Management Medical Group's bi-annual conferences.
Rudy Inaba began their education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they earned a degree in Kinesiology with a field of study in Clinical Exercise Physiology. In 2002, they transferred to Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Exercise Science and a field of study in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
