James Lamb

James Lamb is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Group Financial Controller at Cenergist since June 2022. Concurrently, Lamb holds positions as Treasurer and Trustee for Tyne Theatre and Opera House Preservation Trust and as Director, Secretary, and Treasurer for Durham Regatta, overseeing the logistics of the largest rowing event in Northern England. Previous roles include Global Head of Controlling and Financial Controller EMEA at Nomad Digital, Programmes Finance Manager at Arriva Rail North (Northern), and Financial Accountant at Arriva Group and Parkdean Holidays. Lamb began a career in finance at Deloitte as Assistant Manager Audit, enhancing technical and project management skills. An Ambulance Technician and Emergency Response Volunteer with the British Red Cross since February 2006, Lamb also organized rowing competitions in Durham from 2005 to 2008. James Lamb holds an MSci in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
