Bryan Sons has extensive work experience in various roles. Bryan began their career at ExxonMobil in 1990 as a Divisional Manager. After working there for five years, they joined Cenergistic, where they held multiple positions. Bryan started as the Chief Operating Officer in 1995 and then transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President in October 2018. In their current position, Bryan is responsible for supporting core management disciplines and integrating evolving technologies into the company's business processes.

Bryan Sons completed an MBA degree in Systems Design & Finance from Houston Christian University. Bryan attended the university from 1992 to 1995.
