David Chia

David Chia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. David currently holds the position of VP of IT & Application Development at CenExel since November 2023. Before this, they worked at HCA Healthcare for thirteen years, holding various roles including Director of IT Operations, Director of Application Services, Sr IT Director, Assoc. IT Director, Regional Manager of Customer Support Operations, and Division Senior Project Manager. Prior to HCA Healthcare, they were the Director of Professional Services and Manager of Special Projects at Unique Communication Solutions. David started their career as an Implementation Consultant at ADP Health & Welfare Systems and then worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Oracle. David began their professional journey as a Computer Assurance Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

David Chia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University in 1997. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution, completing it in 2004. Additionally, in April 2010, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
