Kathleen O'Connor

Kathleen O'Connor is a seasoned clinical trial manager with extensive experience in clinical research and project leadership. Currently employed at CenExel since November 2025, Kathleen has previously held significant positions, including Project Leader at Emmes, where responsibilities included co-directing the Data Coordination Center for the Pediatric Trial Network, overseeing multi-functional project teams for over 40 clinical trials, and enrolling over 12,000 participants. Prior roles at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Utah involved managing clinical operations and facilitating collaborations to enhance research proposals and improve trial processes. Kathleen's academic background includes a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Oncology from the University of Calgary.
