Natalie Goforth

Natalie Goforth, M.Ed., currently serves as Manager of Learning Design at Cengage Group since June 2019, overseeing staff management and talent development for Learning Designers, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and providing feedback to enhance individual and team performance, as well as ensuring alignment of content with strategic goals through collaborative relationships. Prior to this role, Natalie held positions such as Senior Learning Designer and Training Development Specialist at EMCOR Facilities Services, where adult learning theories were applied to improve performance, and Community Engagement Manager with the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, focusing on volunteer management and program delivery.
