Julio E. Alonso. P. Eng

Julio E. Alonso has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Julio E. started their career in 1989 as a Pump Station Supervisor at Ecopetrol and worked there until 1996. Julio E. then joined Ocensa, where they held various roles including Commercial Representative, Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations, and Human Resources Manager. In 2006, they joined Enbridge Pipelines as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Mainline Development Supervisor. In 2010, they moved to Ecopetrol again, this time as the Manager of Pipeline Assets & Integrity. Julio E.'slatest position is Central Operations Director at Cenit Transporte y Logística de Hidrocarburos, where they have been working since 2016.

Julio E. Alonso, P. Eng completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes from 1981 to 1987. Julio E. further pursued their education and obtained a Business Finance Specialist degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, studying from 1995 to 1997.
