Brandon Thomas

Brandon Thomas has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple roles and industries. Brandon began their career in 2010 as a Media Coordinator at Shankman Marketing and Media Resources. In 2012, they joined TD as a Customer Service Representative. In 2013, they joined Cenlar FSB as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to the role of Service Excellence Credit Dispute Administrator. Brandon then progressed to become the Third Party Operational Reporting Team Lead and Root Cause Analyst. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Third Party Operational Reporting Supervisor. Brandon'snext role at Cenlar FSB was as a Sr. Assurance and Validation Internal Auditor. Brandon then advanced to the position of Audit Lead and eventually became the Internal Audit Director in January 2021. Brandon Thomas has a strong background in customer service, operational reporting, and internal audit.
