Eric Kidder

Eric Kidder is an accomplished workforce management analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst II at Cenlar FSB since October 2020, Eric successfully developed a SharePoint ticket system managing 450 daily tickets and implemented role-based access control to enhance security and efficiency. Previously, Eric held positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc. as a Workforce Management Analyst and Reports Analyst, where Eric collaborated on tailored Power BI reports and created a real-time auditing tool using SQL. Eric's career also includes roles at Academy Sports + Outdoors and Suddenlink Communications, where Eric improved training systems and productivity reporting. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies - Software Development from Southern New Hampshire University and an Applied Science degree in Game and Simulation Development - Programming from Tyler Junior College.
