Kyle Troup

Kyle Troup has a diverse background in workforce management and operational optimization, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Management and previously as the Capacity Planner and Optimization Manager at Cenlar FSB since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Workforce Operations Manager, Senior Forecast Analyst, Workforce Specialist, and Team Lead for Legal Negotiations at Freedom Financial Network from July 2009 to August 2020. Kyle began a career at AT&T, holding positions such as Senior Employee Relations and Customer Service Representative from October 1995 to March 2005. Kyle completed studies at Mesa Community College between 2005 and 2006.
