Matt Sachse

Matt Sachse currently serves as Practice Manager for Global Workforce Management at Baker Tilly US, where Matt drives strategic initiatives in Complementary Workforce, Resource Management, and Workforce Planning. Previously, Matt held roles as Manager in Consulting at Baker Tilly, where significant process improvements and change management were implemented. Matt also worked as Project Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide sales management tool, and served as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Tesla, overseeing workplace operations and managing high-profile projects. Earlier experience includes university recruiting roles at both Tesla and Apple, and serving as a Federal Border Patrol Agent at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University.
