Matthew Bowar has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Matthew is currently the Director of Operations Production - Property Insurance & Escrow at Cenlar FSB. Prior to this, they worked at Cascade Financial Services as the Loan Servicing Director, where they successfully outsourced critical processes and implemented metrics and scorecards. Before that, they were the Director of Vendor Management, Escrow at Ditech Financial LLC, where they built and sustained vendor relationships and implemented process improvements. Matthew also has experience as the Training Director at CarHop / UAC, where they developed and implemented training programs and improved customer satisfaction. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at ZURICH DIRECT MARKETS.

Matthew Bowar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. Matthew also obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from O'Gorman High School, Sioux Falls, SD. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Insurance Producer for Property, Casualty, Life & Health from the State of Arizona.
