Alejandro Benavides [Lion]

Alejandro Benavides [LION] has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alejandro is currently serving as the Talent & Culture Director at Centrifugados Mexicanos since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Evaluador certificado en TNO, utilizing assessment tools for talent selection and promotion.

From 2019 to 2023, Alejandro held significant positions at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global). Firstly, they served as the Global Head of Organization Development and Talent Management & HR Director NA. Later, they became the Human Resources Director.

Before IMI Global, Alejandro worked as the Human Resources Director at Innovia Films from 2017 to 2019 and as the Director de Capital Humano at ConCrédito from 2015 to 2017.

Further back in their career, they served as the Gerente Sr. de Recursos Humanos at Patrón Spirits Company in 2014, and as the Gerente Nacional de Recursos Humanos at Albaugh, LLC from 2010 to 2014. In these roles, they managed national HR operations and supervised multiple locations and a manufacturing plant.

Alejandro also gained experience in the HR department at PepsiCo from 1999 to 2010. Alejandro held various roles, including Gerente de Talento y Cultura, Gerente de Recursos Humanos, Jefe de Recursos Humanos (Generalista), and Coordinador de Servicios al personal.

Alejandro Benavides [LION] has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Alejandro first attended Guadalajara University, Faculty of Accountancy from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational and Human Development at the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac. In 2011 and 2012, Alejandro pursued an additional specialization in Talent Management by Competencies at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they completed a Master's degree in Human Talent Management at Universidad Panamericana. Through their education, Alejandro has gained expertise in various fields such as accounting, organizational development, and talent management.
