Charlie Fehr CRSP is an experienced specialist in health, safety, environment, and risk (HSER) with a strong background in capital projects and well delivery. Currently serving as a Specialist - Field Interface & Contractor Management at Cenovus Energy, Charlie has previously held various roles at Cenovus and ARC Resources Ltd., including Program Manager and Team Lead for health and safety operations. With expertise in developing long-term HSER strategies, coordinating field teams, and driving performance improvements, Charlie has successfully managed complex multi-million-dollar projects while establishing key performance indicators for project safety. Charlie holds multiple educational credentials, including a Bachelor of Management from The University of Lethbridge and certifications in Project Management and Occupational Health and Safety.
