Gord Knaus

Gord Knaus is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience at Cenovus Energy since April 2005, currently serving as Senior Manager for Front End Project Evaluation in Downstream and Midstream Projects. Prior roles at Cenovus include Senior Staff in Corporate Planning and Senior Manager for Program Integration and Analytics, among others. Prior to Cenovus, Gord worked at Bantrel in various engineering and management roles, and gained early experience as a student engineer with The Dow Chemical Company and Hercules & Hercules, Inc. Academically, Gord holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering from the University of Calgary, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
